miniCycle is a free web-based task management application that helps users organize tasks in cycles with auto-reset functionality. The application runs entirely in your web browser using local storage technology.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkin Creations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, profits, or productivity; service interruptions or technical issues; or any damages exceeding $100 USD.

Data Backup Responsibility

• While your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your important data
• We recommend regular exports of your miniCycle lists
• Browser data can be lost due to various technical reasons

Changes to Service and Terms

• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• We may update the application to improve functionality or security
• We may change these Terms with 30 days' notice

Termination

Your Right to Stop Using

• Simply close the application
• Clear your browser data to remove all stored information
• No formal account deletion required since no accounts exist

• We may restrict access for harmful or illegal use
• We may restrict access if you abuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Connecticut, unless prohibited by applicable law. By using miniCycle, you waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials, except where not legally enforceable.

Severability
